研究领域与兴趣:

聚焦病毒性传染病关键科学问题,开展病毒致病机制、干预靶点发现和创新药物研发。包括,针对艾滋病病毒(HIV)潜伏根治缺乏治疗靶点这一科学难题,阐述HIV潜伏维持和重激活的宿主动态调控机制,鉴定起关键调控作用的宿主因子和细胞信号通路,为HIV潜伏根治提供潜在靶点;针对重要传染病病原,建立成药性评价体系,开展抗病毒创新药物研发。
